RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No refunds or exchanges are accepted unless damage has occurred during shipping. Please contact me to make arrangements and show proof of damage.

Each piece of art is handmade and a one-of-a-kind original. Because of this, no item can be recreated exactly. It is not uncommon for there to be some very slight imperfections in the resin finish or varnish. I like to refer to these imperfections as "personality" and they will not disrupt the integrity or beauty of the finished piece.

It is common for resined pieces to acquire micro scratches with use. These will not harm the art and is just part of the nature of epoxy resin.

**Please note: I try my best to capture the true colors through my photography, using natural light whenever possible, however, the color may vary slightly due to the differences in computer monitors and handheld devices such as smart phones and tablets.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped via USPS. In stock items are ready to ship within 1-3 days of ordering.

Custom orders will take 3-5 weeks prior to shipping to allow time for paint to properly dry and varnish/resin to properly cure prior to shipping.

A tracking number will be provided via email once items are shipped.
